Adam Ariel Nears Signing with Ironi Nes Ziona Basketball Team

Ironi Nes Ziona is advancing its preparations for the upcoming basketball season amid significant budget increases following last season's management changes. The club is focusing on strengthening its Israeli player roster and is close to finalizing a deal with Adam Ariel, a player from Maccabi Ramat Gan and the Israeli national team. Ariel is expected to be officially presented in the coming days. Last season, Ariel played 25 games for Ramat Gan, averaging 33 minutes, 14.3 points, and 2.2 assists per game. His previous teams include Hapoel Jerusalem, Maccabi Rishon LeZion, and Hapoel Tel Aviv.

Current players under contract for the next season at Nes Ziona include Bryce Brown, team captain Spencer Weisz, and Lotan Amsalem, who are expected to play alongside Ariel. The club plans to make several roster changes. Head coach Paul Corsaro is in negotiations for the next season, with an agreement expected soon. Owner Lev Mazor brought Corsaro in, and he successfully kept the team in the league while implementing positive changes. Only formalities remain before finalizing his contract extension.
