Slovenian Parliament Elects Pro-Israel PM Who Plans to Reverse Palestine Recognition

The Slovenian Parliament has elected right-wing politician Janez Janša as the new Prime Minister, with 50 out of 90 members voting in his favor. Janša is known as one of Europe's most prominent supporters of Israel. He announced plans to revoke the previous government's recognition of the State of Palestine and to relocate Slovenia's embassy to Jerusalem. Janša had previously opposed the recognition granted by the former left-liberal government.
