A Hebrew quiz page published a set of 15 trivia questions and then revealed the answers below them. One of the answers identified the Israeli song that refers to Maccabi Tel Aviv’s 5-0 defeat to Maccabi Haifa: "Lehitraot Neurim, Shalom Ahava" by Mashina.
The item also gave the song and a range of other factual answers, including that the new president in Colombia is Abelardo de la Espriella, who promised to renew diplomatic ties with Israel cut by his predecessor. It said the 100 Years’ War was between England and France and lasted 116 years, from 1337 to 1453.
Other answers included that Ebola is named after the Ebola River in Zaire, that the capital of Ivory Coast is Yamoussoukro, and that the New York Knicks last won the NBA title in 1973, with their full name given as the New York Knickerbockers. It also said the sculpture Dana International gave to the 1999 Eurovision winner in Jerusalem was designed by Yaacov Agam, and that the kinetic fountain in Dizengoff Square is called "Fire and Water."
The quiz further answered that Budapest’s metro is the system with a line recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Brigadier Kish Street in Petah Tikva is named for Frederick Kish, the phrase "orva parah" comes from the Babylonian Talmud and literally means "the crow flies," cochineal yields red food coloring, and, according to the Bible, Abner ben Ner was Saul’s army commander and the first commander of the United Monarchy of Israel.
