Casey Zapata, known from the reality show "Survivor" and now one of Israel’s prominent social media influencers, is engaged to her longtime partner, Guy Oz, after about 10 years together. The proposal came during a celebratory trip to Tuscany, Italy, where the couple flew in honor of Zapata’s birthday on Tuesday.
Zapata shared photos from the romantic proposal on Wednesday, showing the engagement against the Italian scenery, and wrote, "It's always been you." The timing made the moment especially meaningful, as it coincided with her birthday celebration.
Zapata has had a busy year professionally as well. After her run on "Survivor," where she reached the later stages of the competition, she now has about 160,000 followers on Instagram. She has also taken her first steps into acting.
As reported earlier by Walla Celebs nearly a year ago, Zapata was cast in her first acting role in the new series of "HaPshut'a," created and written by Bar Almelij Donzov, Oshrit Serusi, Chen Rotman, and Uri Gross. The engagement adds another milestone to a year that already included social media success and an acting debut.
