Milwaukee has reportedly chosen the better long-term deal for itself, sending Giannis Antetokounmpo to the Miami Heat rather than the Boston Celtics. In return, the Bucks would receive Tyler Herro, Kahlil Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr., Kasparas Jakucionis, three first-round picks in 2026, 2031 and 2033, a 2030 first-round pick swap, and a 2033 second-round pick. That package is said to be much larger than Boston’s offer, which centered on Jaylen Brown, and it could give Milwaukee general manager Jon Horst multiple trade chips if he decides to rebuild, including Herro, Ware and Jaquez.
