Rising Israeli singer Nadav Hanzis announced on Tuesday that he will headline his first full concert at the Tel Aviv amphitheater this summer, on July 28, which falls on Tu B'Av. The show marks a major milestone for an artist who only entered the public spotlight about a year ago.
Hanzis shared the news on Instagram and thanked his fans for supporting him since he first began posting from his bedroom. He wrote, “You have been with me since the first video where I sang to you from my room, and I could not even imagine what would come after. In the past year we have met on all kinds of stages, but now it is time for it to be just me and you, on my stage, with all the songs you love. You are my first love.”
The performance is expected to feature his biggest hits and surprise guests. It comes after a period of heavy musical activity, multiple live appearances, and growing popularity with broad audiences.
Hanzis first broke through in early May 2025, when he posted a TikTok demo of his original song “If You’re Already Leaving,” which he wrote and composed himself. The clip quickly went viral, spawning thousands of videos, millions of views, and praise from prominent musicians. The song became a major hit, led to a signing with Eyal Golan’s Liam Productions, an appearance at Bloomfield Stadium, his first mini-album, and later releases including “First Love” and “I’m Spinning Around.” Before his breakthrough, he mainly uploaded covers to TikTok, worked odd jobs, and unsuccessfully tried to get onto reality TV shows.
