Hapoel Beersheba are preparing for the 2026/2027 season and expect Lucas Ventura and Kings Kangwa to arrive by the end of the week and join training. Kangwa remains in demand on the market, but owner Alona Barkat is holding out for the right bid, with the club’s asking price expected to be between 2 million and 3 million euros.
The report said that, as published the previous night, Muhammad Abu Rumi has also attracted interest and received an offer from Akron in Russia’s top league, but Barkat refused to let him leave. The club is also expecting Miguel Vitor to extend his contract soon and then join the preseason buildup.
Meanwhile, Giverly Diop has been given a few extra days before reporting to training because of personal reasons. Igor Zlatanovic and Javon East are already training with the squad. The update comes as Hapoel Beersheba continue their summer preparations for the new Israeli Premier League campaign.
