The results of the primary election for the Reserve Soldiers Party slate, led by Yoaz Hendel, were announced after voting took place yesterday. The party said the winners will make up its candidate list.
Those selected are Maj. (res.) Yoav Adomi, deputy battalion commander in Battalion 8111 of Brigade 5, who has served about 550 reserve days since October 7; Roy Frank, a reserve platoon commander in the Negev Brigade, who served 440 reserve days; and Lt. Col. (res.) Erez Ben Ezra, a planning officer, who served 400 reserve days.
Also chosen were Maj. (res.) Tehila Peretz, a casualty officer who accompanies wounded soldiers and their families, and who has served about 700 reserve days since October 7; Shlomi Damari, a reserve fighter who defended his family in the Gaza border area and whose brother, Dan, was killed; and Amalia Kinan, head of the local emergency team in Yonatan in the Golan Heights.
The slate reflects the party’s focus on reservists and people with extensive wartime service since the October 7 attack.
