Rabbi Rules on Obligation to Buy Gifts for Wives on Jewish Holidays

Rabbi Binyamin Houta, a prominent halachic decisor, addressed the question of whether Jewish law mandates buying gifts for wives on holidays, specifically during Rosh Hashanah. This means that husbands are obligated to ensure their wives are happy and to gladden them, which can include giving gifts.
