Likud Party Approves MK Tali Gottlieb's Move to Otzma Yehudit
The Likud party has officially announced an agreement allowing Knesset Member Tali Gottlieb to run in the upcoming 26th Knesset elections as part of Itamar Ben-Gvir's Otzma Yehudit party. According to Likud's statement, Gottlieb will not be considered to have left the Likud faction and will adhere to Likud's party discipline in Knesset votes until the elections. The party extended its well wishes to Gottlieb, stating, "We wish Tali success."

Ben-Gvir sought official consent from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to ensure Gottlieb retained her Knesset funding unit. Netanyahu, in turn, conditioned his approval on Ben-Gvir reserving a spot on the Otzma Yehudit list for another individual from smaller lists unlikely to pass the electoral threshold.
