Beitar Jerusalem Faces Hapoel Tel Aviv Amidst Lineup Changes and Injury Concerns

Beitar Jerusalem is set to play Hapoel Tel Aviv on Thursday in a rescheduled match from the first week of the Israeli Premier League. The team is looking to rebound from a significant 4-1 loss to Maccabi Netanya and secure their first points of the season.

Coach Almog Cohen is considering changes in the midfield, potentially moving Boris Ino forward and starting Ziv Ben Shimol as a defensive midfielder, with Tomer Yosefi moving to the bench. The coaching staff is also deliberating on the forward line.

Following the loss to Netanya, Beitar analyzed that Nabo Shado lacked support in marking Oz Bilu. Given that Stav Turi'al plays similarly to Bilu, Shado is expected to receive more defensive assistance this time.

The club hopes for a strong reaction in the upcoming game, expressing optimism and confidence despite the previous performance. "We need to restore dignity to the fans and ourselves," stated a club representative.
