Swisa claimed the most disturbing element was a hidden neo-Nazi symbol, the Reichsadler, in the background of the offensive text. He stated he found the post while clearing his phone's gallery during a flight and had considered legal action, but decided against it to avoid a court battle.

The animosity stems from Swisa's earlier exposé regarding the reality show "The Ninja Warriors." Swisa revealed that a street campaign featuring "ninjas" urging votes for a couple was a publicity stunt, providing evidence that one of the interviewed supporters was Adi Buzaglo's cousin. Swisa stated he waited until after the finale to avoid accusations of sabotage.
