IDF Warns Northern Israel Residents of Overnight Explosions

Residents of Kiryat Shmona and other communities near the northern border reported hearing explosions on Tuesday evening. The IDF's Northern Command stated that these sounds were the result of Israeli military operations in Lebanon.

According to the command, intense artillery fire was conducted in the area in the preceding minutes. The IDF warned that loud explosions would be audible throughout the night and into the morning, particularly in the vicinity of the Ramim ridge and to its west.

The military explained that the operations involved both air force and ground forces targeting Hezbollah infrastructure and operatives. The actions were taken in response to ongoing hostilities.
