Israel Canada Leads Sales in Luxury Sde Dov Housing Project

Israel Canada is leading sales in the upscale Sde Dov housing development in Israel, having marketed 60% of its project, according to an analysis by Avi Shakuri, senior analyst at Psagot-Sigma Brokerage. The Sde Dov area is considered one of Israel's most prestigious.

Following Israel Canada, the Hageg brothers' company has sold 48% of its project, a strong performance given its later marketing start. Avissarur has sold 32%, with Levenstein and Mivne trailing behind. Despite being less prominent, Levenstein and Mivne offer a relatively lower price per square meter, attracting many buyers.

Demri has sold 9% of its project. The reported price per square meter for Demri is NIS 82,600, but this figure may be skewed as only a small portion of units have been sold, likely including higher-floor or special apartments. Demri also purchased units for personal use, suggesting prices may change as more units are sold.

Among the top sellers, Israel Canada, Hageg, and Avissarur, Israel Canada commands the highest price per square meter at NIS 81,700 for its project in the Ashkol cluster, benefiting from unobstructed views. Hageg also charges a premium due to its project's prime location.

Levenstein and Mivne's price of approximately NIS 63,000 per square meter is comparable to Gindi's initial pricing. Gindi had announced price reductions, but the price before selling penthouses was around NIS 61,000 per square meter, with penthouses expected to raise the average price to match Levenstein and Mivne.
