Analysts Recommend SolarEdge Stock With 72% Upside Potential
Phoenix Investments, an Israeli financial services firm, has issued a "buy" recommendation for the stock of Solara Energy, a renewable energy company. Analysts at Phoenix set a target price of NIS 163 per share, indicating a potential upside of approximately 72% from its current market price. This optimistic outlook is based on Solara Energy's strong development and growth momentum, as detailed in the company's second-quarter 2026 results update.
Key growth drivers for Solara Energy include a plan to connect approximately 700 megawatts (MW) of capacity by the end of the year. Furthermore, the company is advancing a substantial project pipeline totaling 2.7 gigawatts (GW) and 7.7 gigawatt-hours (GWh) of storage systems. Notable recent achievements include the finalization of a 268 MW deal in Poland, in partnership with Clal Insurance, which is projected to generate annual revenues of around €27.6 million, and an anticipated deal in Valencia.
Beyond its global expansion, which encompasses agrivoltaic projects in Italy and wind projects in Chile, Solara Energy is deepening its involvement in water desalination and data centers. These sectors are expected to significantly amplify the company's energy business operations. Solara Energy forecasts that its mature project pipeline will be fully operational by the end of 2028, generating annual revenues of approximately NIS 1.05 billion and EBITDA of about NIS 850 million.
