Netanyahu Urges Small Right-Wing Parties to Unite or Withdraw

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with dozens of religious leaders and influential figures from the Religious Zionist community on Tuesday, in an initiative organized by 'Ma'aleh - The Center for Religious Zionism'. The central topic of discussion was the consolidation of the right-wing bloc ahead of upcoming elections.

Netanyahu emphasized the importance of unity within the right-wing political spectrum. He directly addressed the smaller parties, stating, "We need to tell the small parties, first of all, unite. Either you unite or you withdraw." He expressed satisfaction with the reported union of Bezalel Smotrich and Itamar Ben-Gvir, commending the move.

The meeting included prominent rabbis such as Eitan Eisenman, Yigal Levinstein, Hagi Luntin, Uri Sherki, Ariel Braly, Yosef Tzvi Rimmon, Meir Ilbitz, and Ben-Tzion Algazi, as well as rabbis like Yossi Weitzman. Several female religious leaders, including Rivka Shimon, Yaffa Gisser, Dana Sela, and Idit Shilo, also participated, alongside representatives from the Ma'aleh organization.
