Hebron Cave of the Patriarchs Study Hall Sees Major Growth

The 'Kolel Chatzot' study hall, located within the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron and headed by Rabbi Eliyahu Ashlag, is experiencing significant expansion. The institution, dedicated to studying both the revealed and hidden aspects of Torah, has gained widespread recognition for the miracles and salvation experienced by those who have sought its prayers. The Kolel operates nightly at midnight, within the very walls of the cave, adjacent to the tombs of the Patriarchs and Matriarchs. There, while the rest of the world sleeps, scholars study the Zohar, offer prayers, and perform spiritual rectifications, with the sound of Torah emanating from a site central to the Jewish people.

Jewish tradition emphasizes the spiritual significance of midnight, a time when divine blessings are believed to be particularly accessible. The Zohar highlights the merit of those who engage in Torah study at this hour, stating that God and the righteous in paradise listen to their voices.
