Meanwhile, the future of striker Jhon Niculăescu remains uncertain. Although Maccabi Tel Aviv is unlikely to freeze him out, his ongoing recovery from a cruciate ligament injury and his inability to participate in full training sessions prevent the club from signing a foreign player in his place.
