Alishi Kadir to Continue Third Season as Assistant Coach at Bnei Herzliya Basketball Club
Bnei Herzliya basketball club announced that its coaching staff will remain intact for a third consecutive season. The team, led by head coach Yeho Orland, has achieved notable success over the past two years, including finishing fourth in the regular season and reaching the Israeli State Cup final last year. Former player Alishi Kadir, who has served as Orland's assistant coach for the past two seasons, will continue in his role alongside assistant coach Ben Shamar. Fitness coach Ohad Shmueli will also remain with the team, while the medical staff will see Yoel Cohen continue as physiotherapist and Tomer Ehrlich joining as the team’s sports therapist.
Kadir, who played 16 seasons in the Israeli Premier League, including his last season with Bnei Herzliya, has a distinguished playing career with teams such as Gilboa Galil, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Maccabi Haifa, Hapoel Jerusalem, Hapoel Eilat, Maccabi Rishon Lezion, Nes Ziona, and Hapoel Tel Aviv. He also represented various Israeli national teams over many years.
